Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information and customized user data. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

1.⁠ ⁠Collection

We collect facial data only when you use the AI Avatar features. This service utilizes a neural network model, such as "Stable Diffusion," to generate AI Avatars based on your input. To enable this functionality, you will be asked to upload photo or selfies for the avatar to be created.

2.⁠ ⁠Input Data

Your uploaded photos will be temporarily stored on our servers. These photos will be permanently deleted from our servers once the avatars have been successfully generated.

3.⁠ ⁠Generated Avatars

The generated avatars will be downloaded from the response of api and will be stored in user device locally. After successful generation and downloading of avatar the avatar will be deleted from server.

4.⁠ ⁠Usage, Transfer, and Sharing

- Usage: We use your Face Data solely to provide the AI Avatar features.

- Training: We do not use your Face Data to train any other AI products.

- Identification and Marketing: We do not use your Face Data to identify individual users, for marketing purposes, or to build user profiles. We do not encourage, facilitate, or allow third parties to do so.

- Transfer and Sharing: We do not transfer, share, sell, or provide your Face Data to advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, information resellers, or similar parties.
